Distill Advisory — Operations Consulting
I help businesses find where their time and money are quietly walking out the door — and put practical fixes in place that your team will actually use.
Talk about your businessWhat I do
Most businesses don't have a technology problem — they have a workflow problem. I look at how your team actually operates, find the friction, and fix it — use what you have, swap in something better if that's what it takes, or just cut what isn't working.
A structured look at how work moves through your business — where things stall, get repeated, or fall through the cracks.
A look at what you're paying for and how you're doing things — software, steps, or habits. What's working? What's creating more work than it saves?
Recommendations your team can actually follow. Not a 40-page report — a clear action plan with hands-on support.
Not every problem needs AI. When it does fit, I help you put it to work in ways that are simple, reliable, and maintainable.
I'm currently offering no-cost workflow evaluations to a handful of businesses. A good fit: you have a team and recurring operational friction — scheduling chaos, dropped handoffs, redundant work. You get a real diagnostic. I build my track record. If that sounds like you, reach out.
About
I've spent my career at the intersection of operations, technology, and the people who have to use both every day. Before moving into tech, I worked in live event production and touring — environments where process failures are immediate and visible, and there's no room to improvise your way through a broken system. That shaped how I think about operations. I've since done technical enablement at a SaaS company, QA and systems work, and hands-on process improvement across a range of organizations.
I started Distill Advisory because I kept seeing the same thing: businesses buying tools or chasing solutions, when the real problem was simpler — and fixable. My job is to find it and help you address it.
I'm based in San Antonio, Texas.
